Birth preferences are an amazing tool for a natural birth, Enjoy your copy of the NBC birth preferences list.

  1. Reference the Pre filled copy to get an idea of how to use the checklist

  2. Print the blank copy

  3. Fill out your checklist with your partner so together getting super clear on how YOU want to birth. This also get the partner involved and excited for birth, giving them a deep understanding of your desires for birth.

  4. While filling out the list do your research to understand fully where you stand and what you’re willing to do and not to do.

  5. Remember to pack it into your birth bag and get your partner to present to the midwife on arrival to the hospital!
