  • HOLDS

    All contracts can be paused (placed on hold) for 10 weeks accumulative. This includes birth and postnatal recovery period- Any longer than 10 weeks cancellation policy applies. 2 week hold period minimum applies.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    6 month contracts continue for a minimum of 6 months not including a hold period (if taken). After the 6 month period, contract can be cancelled at any time.The cancellation fee before 6 months is 20% of the remaining membership.

    Week to week contracts can be cancelled at anytime WITH 1 WEEK NOTICE. After informing Natural Birth Co of membership cancellation, direct debits will stop after 1 weekly payment cycle to conclude the week notice.

    Create space in the uterus and pelvis for labour to start ‘on time’, baby to descend through the pelvis efficiently, the cervix progresses quickly, and you experience a natural vaginal birth.

    When our ligaments are out of balance:

    • Labour starting is delayed- leading to more inductions

    • Bubs enters the pelvis in a difficult position increasing their size- leading to long more intense labours

    • Bubs can get stuck in the pelvis- preventing their descent earthside- Leading to C-section or instrumental bith for obstructed labour

    • The cervix doesn’t open and progress- leading to C-section for ‘Failure to Progress’

    (I am so sorry for using these awful terms- I just really want you to understand what I am referring to! Body Balancing is honestly the most important component of your birth prep if you desire a natural birth)

    Unfortunately, our modern-day lifestyles don't support body balance, ESPECIALLY in the ligaments surrounding the uterus and pelvis leading to a birth full of obstructions, delay, pain, and intervention.

    FAQ’s

    Can I do this series if I have Pelvic Girdle pain?

    Absolutely!

    In our introductory video I explain exactly how to modify certain positions for if you have the common pregnancy discomfort of Pelvic girdle pain.

    Although yoga can help Pelvic Girdle pain- I recommend seeing a Womans Health Physio to receive treatment for your pelvic girdle pain.

    Can I use this series for my entire pregnancy?

    Yes you receive LIFETIME access to this 6 week video series- you can flow with these videos over and over through this current pregnancy AND future pregnancies.

    Do I need equiement?

    The only equipment you require is exercise ball and a yoga mat. I give alternative household items that you can use instead of the equipment we use. I will say you would greatly benefit is getting 2x yoga blocks and a yoga bolster to really enjoy the fullness of these yoga flows.

Nourish your Postpartum journey with classes specific to recovering postpartum and adapting to your new little bub.

  • Usually anytime from 3 weeks postnatal until you feel comfortable (Our longest postnatal mama has been 15 months with bub walking around!)

    Postnatal yoga is instructed by registered and practicing midwife, Amy Paulinich.

    Often motherhood (especially for new mamas) can feel a bit lonely and isolating, your body can feel fragile, we can often reflect negatively on our birth experience- sometimes creating a disconnect with your bubba, and go through our days feel triggered and annoyed with a fuse that can rip any minute.

    Postnatal yoga helps you build an EPIC community of women in the same stage of life who are ALWAYS great listeners, this community can really help you debrief your birth experience, or even if you are not ready for that, just listening to other stories can be therapeutic to your own perception.

    We gain strength, flexibility, and mobility cultivating a more comfortable body to live in, happiness with our mass endorphin release, and connection with your bub. Starting every class with a cup of 'Flourish Mums and Bubs' Postnatal tea and chats with the mamas- Then move into a therapeutic flow, declining the nervous system, learning some wonderful affirmations along the way helping us bring calm into everyday life, leaning on acceptance, lengthening that fuse a little longer with each and every class.

    Yes, your babies are going to cry, or need a feed or a cuddle through class but that's okay. We need to not let that stop us, keeping us cooped in the house- feeling isolated. You need connection, you need to move, you need to prioritise yourself mama.
